L (p) XG Series Vertical Top-Loading Scraping Blade Centrifuge

The L(P)XG vertical top suction scraper centrifuge can achieve complete automatic solid-liquid separation. Before the centrifuge starts operating, it can quickly replace the internal part with nitrogen gas. When the centrifuge is turned on, the drum begins to rotate. When the set feeding speed is reached, the solid-liquid mixture is fed through the valve-controlled feeding pipe or distributor. The drum increases its speed to the separation speed, and performs high-speed dehydration on the solid-liquid mixture. The liquid passes through the filter cloth pores and is discharged from the outlet pipe. After the dehydration process is completed, the drum slows down to the discharging speed, and the centrifuge scraper discharges the solid materials. During the discharging process, the suction force of the suction pipe part of the scraper pulls the scraped solid materials out of the machine.
After the solids are removed from the centrifuge, they pass through a pipeline to reach a solid storage tank. The upper end of the storage tank is equipped with a gas filter. The vacuum equipment is connected to the gas filter. As shown in the figure below, the lower end of the storage tank is equipped with an outlet valve. When vacuuming, the valve is closed. The solids are collected in the storage tank and then discharged through the valve.
