Diaphragm Filter Press with Customizable Configurations

The primary distinction of the diaphragm filter press lies in the elastic diaphragms integrated into both sides of its plates. The core of its operation is a two-stage dewatering process: First, the filtration chambers are filled with solid filter cake. Then, upon completion of the initial filtration, a high-pressure fluid (water or air) is injected behind the diaphragms. This causes them to expand and uniformly compress the filter cake across the entire chamber. This secondary squeezing action expels additional trapped liquid through the filter cloth, significantly reducing the final cake moisture content compared to a conventional chamber filter press.
