Product Introduction:
The marine separator is mainly used to remove water and mechanical impurities from the fuel (light diesel, heavy diesel, fuel oil) and lubricating oil of ship diesel engine equipment, in order to reduce the wear of mechanical equipment and extend the service life of the equipment; the heavy diesel oil separated by the separator can be used as a substitute for light diesel oil, thereby significantly reducing production costs.

Separation Unit Configuration Details:
Applicable Media: Suitable for heavy fuel oil with a viscosity of 380–700 cst at 50ºC and a density of 1010 kg/m³; also compatible with lubricating oil, diesel oil, and other similar fluids.
Core Design: Adopts a gravity disc-free operational mode, with fully integrated modules meeting CSSC specifications.
Quality Assurance: Equipped with a moisture sensor to guarantee the purity of the treated oil.
Efficient Sludge Discharge: Features a full hydraulic drum structure for thorough and reliable slag removal.
Superior Separation Performance: High rotational speed ensures optimal purification efficiency.
