Application scope
Suitable for solid-liquid separation of suspensions with high particle dispersion, moderate particle size (0.02 – 5mm), and solid content ranging from 10% to 50%. Widely applied in industries such as pharmaceuticals (such as vitamins, antibiotics, pharmaceutical intermediates, etc.), chemicals (such as ammonium sulfate, mirabilite, copper sulfate, potassium chloride, resins, coatings, borax, pesticides, etc.), food (such as monosodium glutamate, salt, starch, food additives, chemical flavorings, etc.), new energy lithium battery ternary precursors, national defense and metallurgy, mining, environmental protection, etc.

Working principle
The materials to be separated enter the rotating drum of the centrifuge. Under the action of centrifugal force, the materials pass through the filter cloth for filtration. The solid phase is retained in the drum, while the liquid phase is discharged through the outlet pipe. When the drum is filled with materials, the feeding and dehydration process stops; the filter cake is washed and the washing liquid is filtered out at the same time. The centrifuge continues to rotate, dries the filter cake, and when the separation requirements of the filter cake are met, the centrifuge slows down, and the filter cake is scraped off from the bottom and discharged outside the machine. The centrifuge then slows down again, and the pneumatic bagging device moves up and down reciprocally to shake off the residual filter cake, achieving the complete removal of the filter cake.
