In case of any positional deviation or equipment malfunction, the system will trigger an automatic alarm and shut down immediately to avoid defective products.
3.Adopting a direct feeding system for bottom paper, the machine is driven by a servo motor and assisted by an automatic pre-feeding sensor. This configuration minimizes paper waste and significantly reduces the occurrence of bottom paper misfeeding issues.
4.The machine comes with a fully automatic oil lubrication system, where the oil pump operates continuously during the machine’s runtime. Combined with its open cam structure and reducer motor, these features work together to lower the equipment failure rate, optimize overall performance, and deliver reliable service for all customers.
5.Equipped with a dedicated bottom paper cutting system, the machine facilitates easy recycling of waste bottom paper, contributing to cost reduction and environmental sustainability.
