The disc dryer can heat both the rotor and stator simultaneously, significantly increasing the drying area, enhancing thermal efficiency, and ensuring thorough drying of the materials. This dryer is composed of a horizontal stator and a rotor. The heating tubes are installed on the rotor, with adjustable Angle blades on both sides. The heating tube is used to heat the materials during operation and push them towards the discharge end. The steam distribution device can evenly distribute steam to each heating tube. Steam flows inside the heating tube, keeping it at a constant temperature. The condensate water is discharged through a dedicated device at the shaft end. The disc dryer has the advantages of high drying efficiency, long service life and low maintenance frequency, and is widely used in municipal sludge, industrial sludge, animal protein, plant protein food, harmless treatment and other fields. Depending on the different physical properties of the materials, the structural materials of the coil dryer can be carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, duplex steel, etc.
