MKZW1350TA Series of Mobile CNC External Grinding Machine with Grinding Wheel Holder

The main spindle of the grinding wheel adopts the dynamic and static pressure fluid bearing technology with our own patented technology, featuring high rotational accuracy and good rigidity. The linear speed of the grinding wheel is ≤ 35 M/S. This enables one-time precision grinding of the outer circle of the workpiece using a wide grinding wheel.
The bed adopts special structural sintered iron material and an integrated structure of the workpiece bed and the slide bed. After finite element analysis and optimization design, it has small thermal deformation, high dynamic and static stiffness, and good long-term stability.
The transverse feed (X-axis) drive screw of the grinding wheel frame uses a ground C3 grade large-sized ball screw and is pre-stretched to have good transmission rigidity and a small reverse idle stroke.
The longitudinal feed (Z-axis) of the slide adopts an imported precision gear rack mechanism, with smooth movement and good dynamic response.
An imported or domestic CNC system is used, along with the enterprise-developed human-machine interface. The operation is reliable, and the operation and programming are convenient. It is equipped with mature fine-long shaft grinding processes to ensure the machine tool’s high efficiency, stability, and reliability.
The headstock main spindle has a hollow structure. The reasonable feeding and loading scheme is adopted, and a chuck can be installed. The machine tool can clamp the workpiece at both ends with a center rest, or one end with a chuck and the other end with a center rest.
