MKKZ1332 * 1000 CNC wide abrasive wheel heavy-duty external cylindrical grinding machine

This machine is a three-axis two-linkage CNC external cylindrical grinding machine. It can be equipped with grinding machine versions systems such as Siemens, Fanuc, or Huazhong. The movement of the worktable and the grinding wheel holder is respectively driven by AC servo motors on the Z-axis and X-axis through ball screws. The X-axis and Z-axis linkage enables linear and circular interpolation to complete external cylindrical grinding. Through reasonable programming, this machine can complete the grinding of various small and medium-sized parts’ cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, and single or combined surfaces. This machine has the following functional features:
1. The grinding wheel spindle uses a self-developed special dynamic and static pressure fluid bearing, which has high rigidity and rotational accuracy. The grinding wheel linear speed is ≤ 35m/S, and the grinding wheel specification is Φ600mm × 300mm × Φ305mm (max). It is particularly suitable for heavy-load grinding with wide grinding wheels.
2. The worktable and the transverse feed transmission screw use ground C3 grade ball screws and are subjected to quantitative pre-stretching, with good transmission rigidity and small reverse idle stroke.
3. The X-axis uses imported Schneeburg precision linear guides and is subjected to pre-tightening, with a low friction coefficient and good dynamic response.
4. It adopts imported or domestic CNC systems, and the enterprise-developed human-machine grinding interface, which is reliable in operation and convenient for operation and programming.
5. It is equipped with end face positioning measuring instruments, with an axial positioning accuracy of 0.01mm.
6. It is equipped with a radial automatic measuring instrument to achieve full closed-loop automatic control, with the external cylindrical accuracy stable at 0.003mm or below.
