The industrial ammonia-carbon dioxide refrigeration and cooling system is a highly efficient and environmentally friendly refrigeration device specially developed for industrial production scenarios. It adopts the “ammonia + carbon dioxide” cascade refrigeration technology, using ammonia as the high-temperature refrigerant and carbon dioxide as the low-temperature refrigerant. Through the efficient linkage of the two-stage refrigeration cycle, it achieves precise temperature control from room temperature to ultra-low temperature (as low as -50℃). The core of the system consists of a compressor unit, a condensing heat exchange module, a throttling device, an evaporative heat exchange module, an intelligent control system and a safety protection unit. It features high refrigeration efficiency, strong environmental adaptability and stable and reliable operation.
