HD-010 CNC high-speed double-sandwheel frame bridge shell (axle) grinding machine

This machine tool is a 5-axis 2- CNC end face and outer circle grinding machine. The overall structure of the machine adopts a sand wheel frame support plate moving layout. It is made of high-strength low-stress HT300 pearlite cast iron material, which has high rigidity and excellent precision stability. This machine tool adopts double sand wheel inclined insertion forming grinding, which can perform one-time grinding processing on the outer circle, arc and end face of the car axle (or axle housing) at both ends without the need for secondary clamping and turning grinding. The production efficiency is high. The control system of this machine tool selects the SIMENS 828D CNC system. The advanced and reliable device is used as the machine tool control platform. The human-machine interface is friendly, and it has complete equipment fault alarm and diagnosis functions. It has dual-channel control. The grinding work of the machine tool can be achieved automatically by program control, or it can be fed by electronic handwheel.
Application scope 
This machine tool is suitable for grinding the surface of cylindrical or conical rotating bodies with an accuracy ranging from IT6 to IT7. It can perform contour grinding by interpolating and correcting the grinding wheel on two axes, or perform longitudinal reciprocating grinding. The machine tool is mainly used for grinding processing of typical double-sided grinding parts such as bridge frames and axle parts.
