    A glass-lined reactor, also known as an enamel reactor, is manufactured by fusing a high-silica glass enamel coating onto a high-quality carbon or special steel substrate at high temperatures (approximately 900°C). This creates a composite equipment that combines the strength of metal with the chemical stability of glass. Its outstanding corrosion resistance, non-stick smooth surface, and easy cleaning make it the ideal choice for handling various acids, alkalis, and organic media.

Key Configurations of the Glass-Lined Reactor

 1.Superior Corrosion Resistance: The glass enamel layer resists corrosion from most inorganic acids, organic acids, weak alkalis, and organic solvents outperforming stainless steel.
2.Excellent Non-Stick & Smooth Surface: The ultra-smooth glass surface prevents material adhesion, facilitates easy cleaning, avoids cross-contamination, and ensures product purity.
3.Good Thermal Stability: Can withstand thermal shocks within the specified temperature range (typically -20°C to +200°C) (cold shock ≤110°C, hot shock ≤120°C).
4.High Strength & Durability: The steel substrate provides excellent mechanical strength and pressure-bearing capacity for long-term use.
5.Hygienic & Safe: Non-toxic, odorless, and non-leaching, complying with GMP and food hygiene requirements.
