The B2-K1026 type servo-controlled eccentric shaft grinding machine is a high-end CNC grinding machine independently developed. This machine adopts advanced servo (point tracking) grinding technology. Through the CNC linkage control of the grinding wheel carriage (X-axis) and the rotating axis of the workpiece (C-axis), it can achieve one-time clamping and complete the one-time grinding of the eccentric diameter and the main shaft neck. This machine has the characteristics of agility, flexibility, high efficiency, and precision, and is suitable for line integration of eccentric shaft production lines and batch precision processing. It completely solves the shortcomings of poor flexibility and complex adjustment of traditional eccentric fixtures, improving processing accuracy and work efficiency. It is mainly applicable to the processing of precision eccentric shaft parts in industries such as industrial robots, compressors, reducers, and general machinery.
The layout of the machine tool is reasonable, with overall protection and in line with human engineering requirements.
The main spindle of the grinding wheel has high rotational accuracy and strong rigidity. CBN grinding wheels can rotate at speeds of 120 M/S or 80 M/S, and various configurations can be achieved according to requirements.
The machine tool adopts a fixed worktable and a rear-mounted movement of the grinding wheel frame with a cross-slide. This effectively reduces the occupied space.
The feed (X-axis) of the grinding wheel frame is driven by a linear motor, with a closed-static-pressure guide rail structure. It has good dynamic response and the fastest feed speed can reach 40 M/S, meeting the requirements of follow-up processing.
The rotating axis of the workpiece adopts a high-precision rolling bearing structure, and an angle encoder is configured to achieve closed-loop control, achieving extremely high rotational accuracy and positioning accuracy.
