The B2-K087 type special CNC end face and outer circle grinding machine for vehicle axles is a dedicated CNC machine tool product developed by our company based on years of experience in CNC grinding machine design, manufacturing and application, as well as new technologies. The grinding wheel spindle adopts a sleeve-type dynamic and static pressure spindle system, featuring high rotational accuracy and strong rigidity.
Two-axis feed, the worktable (Z-axis) and the grinding wheel holder (X-axis) are driven by AC servo – ball screw pairs, with the minimum setting unit of 0.1 μm and the maximum rapid feed speed of up to 5 m/min.
Various forms of diamond dressing devices can be selected (installed on the rear side of the headstock) to achieve precise dressing of complex grinding wheel surfaces, and automatic compensation is also available.
An active measurement device is configured to achieve full closed-loop control of grinding processing.
Using a CNC system, it has comprehensive control functions such as program transformation during the grinding process, workpiece quality management, machine status monitoring, self-diagnosis of faults and abnormal alarms, and menu-style interface input is simple.
