The evaporator of an industrial ice-making machine, as the core heat exchange component of the ice-making system, is the key carrier for achieving the transformation from water to ice. Its essence is a specialized device that efficiently absorbs the heat of the water body through the phase change evaporation of the refrigerant in the refrigeration system, causing the water to rapidly crystallize on the heat exchange surface of the evaporator and form ice types that meet industrial requirements (such as flake ice, plate ice, etc.). Compared with commercial ice-making evaporators, industrial-grade products have a larger heat exchange area, stronger weather resistance of materials and more stable continuous operation capacity. They can adapt to ice-making demands of different scales ranging from 0.2 tons to 60 tons per 24 hours, and are widely used in various industrial production and material preservation scenarios.

High-efficiency refrigeration: Designed with the standard low-temperature pressure vessel production process, it has a sufficient evaporation area and high refrigeration efficiency. For instance, the HYD-10T evaporator has a cooling capacity of up to 65kw.
Stable performance: The vertical fixed design avoids problems such as leakage of the refrigeration system caused by damage to the seal due to the operation of the evaporator. Moreover, the ice skates operate in a rotating and rolling manner, with low resistance and no noise.
Excellent material: The ice bucket is made of 304 stainless steel or carbon steel, which is corrosion-resistant and has high strength. It undergoes annealing treatment at 850℃ to eliminate welding residual stress and ensure no deformation.
