The MGK1350 and MGK1450 high-precision CNC (universal) cylindrical grinding machines are advanced CNC machine tools developed by our company based on years of experience in designing, manufacturing and using CNC grinding machines, as well as new technologies. They have the characteristics of being highly standardized, modularized, high precision, high rigidity and high adaptability. The grinding wheel spindle adopts a sleeve-type dynamic and static pressure spindle system, featuring high rotational accuracy and strong rigidity.
Two-axis feed, the worktable (Z-axis) and the grinding wheel holder (X-axis) are driven by AC servo-ball screw pairs, with the minimum setting unit of 0.1 um and the maximum rapid feed speed of up to 5 m/min.
Various forms of diamond dressing devices can be selected (installed on the rear side of the headstock) to achieve precise dressing of complex wheel-shaped surfaces, and automatic compensation is also possible.
It is equipped with an active measurement device to achieve full closed-loop control of grinding processing.
Using a CNC system, it has control functions such as program transformation during the grinding process, quality management of the workpiece, monitoring of the machine tool status, self-diagnosis of faults and abnormal alarms, and comprehensive control functions. The menu-style interface input is simple.
