MKS1332 Numerical Control External Grinding Machine

The MKS1332 and MKS1632 CNC (end face) external grinding machines are mid-to-high-end series of CNC machine tools developed. They feature high degree of standardization and modularization, high rigidity, high efficiency, and high adaptability. This series of machines have been applied in the large-scale production of parts such as engine crankshafts, camshafts, transmission shafts, half shafts, gear shafts, differential housing, flanges, etc. in automotive transmission systems; they are also suitable for small-batch, high-precision processing of parts , aerospace, and general precision machinery processing workshops. These are easy-to-operate, reliable-performance, and high-precision CNC external cylindrical grinders.
The integrated mechanical and electrical structure layout, overall protection, and convenient maintenance comply with ergonomic requirements.
The grinding wheel spindle adopts a sleeve-type dynamic and static pressure spindle system, featuring high rotational accuracy and strong rigidity. The grinding wheel linear speed can reach 60m/s (special orders are available), and the CBN grinding wheel linear speed can reach 80m/s (special orders are available).
Two-axis feed, the worktable (Z-axis) and the grinding wheel holder (X-axis) are driven by AC servo-roller screw drives. The minimum setting unit is 0.1um, and the maximum rapid feed speed can reach 10mm/min.
Various forms of diamond dressing devices (installed on the rear side of the headstock) can be selected to achieve precise dressing of complex grinding wheel surfaces; and automatic compensation.
The active measurement device is equipped to realize full closed-loop control of grinding processing.
An advanced imported CNC system is adopted, featuring program transformation during the grinding process, workpiece quality management, machine status monitoring, self-diagnosis of faults, and abnormal alarm functions. It also has a menu-style interface input that is simple and convenient.
