A chamber filter press is an industrial device that separates solids from liquids in a suspension by applying pressure. It’s made up of a bunch of filter plates and frames arranged alternately, with filter cloth sandwiched in between.It is widely used in wastewater treatment, chemical industry, pharmaceutical manufacturing, food and beverage production, mining, and other sectors.
A chamber filter press is a type of filter press widely used across various industries for solid-liquid separation. It is commonly employed in wastewater treatment plants, mining operations, the chemical industry, and food processing facilities.
It forces the liquid portion to pass through filter cloth while retaining solid particles within the chambers. The basic structure of a chamber filter press consists of a series of filter plates with filter cloth, alternating with solid plates.
