The GZLS type vacuum freeze dryer for fruits and vegetables is an industrial-grade drying equipment specially designed for the deep processing of fruits and vegetables. It adopts the core technology of vacuum freeze drying and can achieve the sublimation and dehydration of water in fruits and vegetables in a low-temperature environment. The main body of the equipment is made of 304 stainless steel and is equipped with a high-precision PLC control system, which can retain the original nutrients, color and flavor of fruits and vegetables to the greatest extent and effectively extend the shelf life of the products. It is widely compatible with large-scale fruit and vegetable processing enterprises, enabling continuous production and significantly enhancing processing efficiency and product added value

1.Precise temperature control to lock in freshness, the temperature range of the partition is -55℃ to +60℃, with a temperature difference of no more than ±1℃.
