The LWL series horizontal spiral screen-type centrifugal filter is a machine that continuously performs various process operations such as feeding, dehydration, washing and discharging of the suspension under full-speed operation.

Working principle
When the LWL series horizontal spiral screen centrifuge is in operation, first, the power supply is connected. The main unit starts and automatically increases its speed. When it reaches the preset value, the feed valve opens. The suspension liquid enters the spiral cavity through the feed pipe and then passes through the nozzle near the bottom of the cone end close to the spiral head and enters the drum. Under the action of the centrifugal force field, the liquid phase in the slurry is filtered out through the screen laid on the drum wall, while the solid particles are retained in the drum. At the same time, the solid particles in the drum are moved from the small end to the large end of the drum under the action of centrifugal force and the relative differential speed between the spiral and the drum. During this movement process, due to the increase in the rotation diameter, the centrifugal force increases rapidly, and the solid phase, starting from a relatively high moisture content when it enters, reaches the lowest moisture content when it is discharged from the drum. Thus, the solid and liquid phases are automatically and continuously separated.
