High-efficiency quick-freezing and freshness locking: With a strong convection air duct design, the low-temperature air flow penetrates the seafood at 360°, completing the core freezing within 10 to 30 minutes, reducing cell damage. After thawing, the juice loss rate is low, maintaining the original fresh and tender taste and color.

Three-dimensional compact and space-saving: The vertical layout of the spiral conveying structure takes up only one-third of the floor space of traditional tunnel equipment under the same production capacity. It is suitable for processing scenarios with limited factory space and improves the utilization rate of the site.
