Equipped with a precision temperature control system (adjustable from 60°C to 180°C) and a cyclone dust collector, it ensures stable drying quality and dust-free discharge. With a compact structure, easy disassembly and cleaning, and a processing capacity of 50–1000 kg/h, it is suitable for continuous production of various dehydrated fruits and vegetables, such as carrot granules, apple slices, and spinach powder.
Made of SUS304/316L stainless steel, it integrates the functions of drying, crushing and classification. Relying on the core principle of instantaneous contact between high-speed hot air and materials, water evaporation can be completed within 5 to 15 seconds, effectively preserving the natural nutrition and flavor of fruits and vegetables. The equipment has a compact structure and strong sealing performance, meeting food-grade hygiene standards. It is suitable for continuous drying production of various vegetable and fruit raw materials, significantly improving processing efficiency and product quality.
