The cassava starch production line is a complete set of processing equipment, designed to efficiently convert cassava raw materials into finished starch. It is applicable to various raw materials, such as fresh cassava and cassava chips, covering the entire process from cleaning, crushing, separation, refining, dehydration, drying to packaging. 1. Integrating cyclone, fluidization and crushing technologies, the flash dryer has a material residence time of only a few seconds, with a thermal efficiency exceeding 70%. It can effectively prevent the gelatinization and deterioration of heat-sensitive starch and significantly improve the drying efficiency.
2 The industrial drum dryer adopts a continuous drum heat transfer design, featuring a large heat transfer area and uniform temperature. It has a high drying intensity and can handle high-moisture starch slurry, ensuring that the moisture content of the finished product remains stable below 1.0%.
3. The equipment has a compact structure and occupies a small area. The flash dryer realizes “small equipment, large production “, and the rotary drum dryer has a simple operation process. Both support continuous operation and are suitable for the needs of large-scale production lines.

4 It operates under negative pressure or slightly negative pressure in a closed manner, equipped with a highly efficient cyclone separation and bag filter system.
