Working principle:
1.High-speed airflow tangentially drives materials into the grinding chamber; materials are crushed via mutual impact and shearing, powered by airflow vortexes from multi-nozzles (same angle).
2.Compressed gas expands instantly through the Laval nozzle, creating an endothermic effect that dissipates crushing heat—enabling low-temperature material grinding.


The ultra-fine airflow pulverization equipment comprises a feed hopper, screw feeder, feeding nozzle, pulverization main unit, bag-shaking dust removal collector (a cyclone collector is required for high-yield operations), secondary protective filter, and induced draft fan.
Its working principle: High-speed airflow acts as the carrier—materials to be pulverized are accelerated to supersonic speed via a Venturi nozzle and introduced into the pulverization chamber. High-pressure airflow enters the chamber through multiple same-angle nozzles on the pulverization ring, forming a supersonic vortex airflow. Since the nozzles form an acute angle with the chamber, the airflow enters as a jet vortex and drives materials to spiral, causing impacts, collisions and friction between particles (and with the machine body) to achieve pulverization. Under centrifugal force, unqualified coarse powder is thrown to the chamber’s peripheral wall for cyclic pulverization; qualified particles are guided into the pulverizer’s central outlet pipe by centripetal airflow, and finally captured by the cyclone separator.
