The FW series horizontal bag-in-box centrifuge is a filtering centrifuge with intermittent feeding and intermittent discharging. The operations such as feeding, separation, washing, and dehydration are completed under full-speed operation. The discharging operation is completed under reduced speed conditions, avoiding contact between the material and substances outside the equipment, thus protecting the operators and the materials from contamination.
Working principle
This model is mainly composed of a rotating mechanism, a discharging mechanism, a base, a bearing assembly, a drum, a push plate, a screen, a casing, an electrical control part, etc. When the drum is running at high speed, the suspension liquid enters the drum through the feed pipe and, under the action of centrifugal force, the suspended particles are evenly distributed on the filter cloth inside the drum. The liquid phase passes through the holes of the filter cloth, the gaps of the screen, and the filtering holes of the drum and is discharged from the mother liquid pipe outside the machine, while the solid phase is retained on the filter cloth to form a ring-shaped filter residue layer. During discharging, the main machine first slows down to the discharging speed, starts the discharging motor, and pushes the push plate out of the drum. Since the ends of the filter cloth are fixed on the push plate and the drum, at this time, the filter cloth flips inward and outward, and the retained materials are flipped to the outside of the filter cloth. Similarly, under the action of the centrifugal force field, the materials are thrown away from the filter cloth and discharged from the discharge hopper.
