The compressed air in the energy-saving type of the compression heat adsorption dryer contains a large amount of heat. In most purification systems, heat is first cooled through a cooler to lower its temperature and then dried by a dryer to the required dew point. When using a traditional adsorption dryer, approximately 15% of the processing capacity is consumed for the regeneration of the adsorbent to achieve the required dew point. The compression heat regeneration dryer makes full use of the heat of the uncooled compressed air to reduce the adsorbent. Therefore, on average, only 1% of the processing capacity is consumed to cool the adsorbent to achieve continuous drying.
