This equipment adopts a vertical disc structure design. It is equipped with multiple layers of high-precision separation discs inside, significantly expanding the effective separation area. Under the powerful centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation, it can achieve rapid and efficient separation of the solid phase and liquid phase in the materials, or between different density liquids.

The materials are continuously fed into the interior of the high-speed rotating drum through the feeding system. Under the action of centrifugal force, the denser solid phase or heavy phase liquid is rapidly thrown towards the outer edge of the drum, while the lighter phase liquid moves towards the central area.
The multi-layer conical discs arranged inside the drum significantly shorten the settling distance and greatly enhance the separation efficiency. The separated phases are continuously discharged through different outlets, enabling stable and efficient continuous separation operations.
