Biodiesel is a clean and renewable energy source. It is a recycled diesel fuel made from plant oil crops, wild oil plants, engineered microalgae and other aquatic plant oils, as well as animal fats and waste cooking oil through ester exchange technology. It is a high-quality substitute for petroleum diesel and is a typical “green energy”. Vigorously developing biodiesel has significant strategic importance for economic sustainable development, promoting energy substitution, reducing environmental pressure, and controlling urban air pollution.
Conical top cover:
It contains multiple layers of discs with feed pipes at the top and exhaust and drainage interfaces. Suitable for sealed, continuous operation.
Mainframe housing:
Inside is a high-speed rotating drum. The rotational speed is usually between 6000–12000 rpm. It generates extremely strong centrifugal force (up to 8000–12000 g)
Motor and transmission system:
On the left is the main drive motor. It directly drives the drum to rotate at high speed
Discharge port and slag removal structure:
At the lower part, there is a discharge port
1. Materials are continuously fed from the top.
2. They enter the high-speed rotating disc assembly.
3. An extremely thin liquid layer is formed between the discs.
4. Under the action of strong centrifugal force:
The heavy phase (solid or heavy liquid) → moves outward
The light phase (clear liquid or light liquid) → flows inward
5. Achieving: Solid-liquid separation
