The kiln body is composed of double-layer steel structure composite polyurethane thermal insulation material to form a closed chamber, and 12 groups of magnetic control tubes are arranged on the top of the kiln, each group of output power 2.5kW can be independently adjusted. Dry areas are equipped with mobile loading platforms with adaptive dielectric constant matching devices to ensure microwave absorption efficiency for different tree species of wood. Four anti-arc sensors are installed on the side walls of the cavity, which can monitor the electric field intensity and adjust the phase automatically. The vacuum system is equipped with two-stage rotary vane true air pump, the limit true air is -0.098MPa, and the pumping rate is 120m3 / h.
The microwave control system adopts PWM modulation technology, and the power regulation accuracy is ± 0.5%.Through the online wood moisture detection device (accuracy ± 0.8%), the system can automatically execute a three-stage drying curve: initial high power rapid dehydration (8-12 kW), medium gradient decompression (-0.07 ~ -0.09 MPa), and final equilibrium forming (3-5 kW). The drying area is equipped with quartz sight flow glass and infrared thermograph, which can monitor the surface temperature (40-80 °C) and internal stress. The security system includes a dual interlocking device that automatically cuts off microwave radiation when the door is not sealed.
