Vacuum Emulsifier
This equipment features heating and cooling mechanisms. The operating temperature and operating time can be freely selected based on the user’s product process requirements. A material temperature display and recording system facilitates user monitoring and recording during operation. All parts of the equipment that come into contact with the material are constructed of high-quality stainless steel and non-toxic, harmless materials to ensure the hygienic quality of the finished product.
Features:
1, It’s used for produce the cream, lotion, paste, ointment, paste, conditioner, etc. Complex scraping board blending oar is suitable to every kind of complicated recipe and achieve optimizing effect;
2, Polytetrafluroethylene scraping board cater to body of blending groove and scrape out viscosity material on boiler wall;
3, Homogenizer is installed on boiler bottom to increase motor power more thoroughly and strongly. During few production, it can exert homogenizing effect fully;
4,Mightiness balance isotactic curve rotor is matched with stator with corresponding structure to realize liquid high-capability cut,rubbing,centrifugal to make sure exquisite and slick cream; boiler body and pipe surface mirror polishing 300EMSH (sanitation grade) accords with Daily Chemical and GMP regulation.
5, Customer can choose frequency conversion timing homogenizer and highest rotate speed is 3000 r/min.
Emulsifying Mixer Description
1.Heating Method: Jacketed steam heating/electric heating.
Structure: Three-layer structure with upper and lower heads. The upper head is flanged to the tank body, while the lower head is directly connected to the tank body. The material contact material is S31603, and the jacket insulation layer is made of S30408.
3) All welds are ground and polished, and joints are flanged and arc-shaped.
4) The insulation layer utilizes a polyurethane (PU) foaming process using a variety of materials for excellent thermal insulation.
5) Two agitators within the tank:
(a) High-shear vortex emulsifier
(b)Slow-speed frame-type scraper mixer
6.Tank accessories: Liquid inlet, vacuum port, compressed air inlet, integrated sight glass light, temperature sensor,
CIP cleaning head, discharge port, and dust-proof and sterile breathing
