industrial  Type Glass Lined Chemical Reactor/Pressure Vessel Reactor

The glass-lined reactor is a composite material product created by applying a high-silica enamel glaze to the inner surface of a steel vessel. Through a precisely controlled high-temperature firing process, this coating forms a strong, permanent bond with the metal substrate. Combining the stability of glass with the structural strength of metal, it offers excellent corrosion resistance, impact resistance, insulation, heat tolerance, and wear resistance, while maintaining a smooth, aesthetically pleasing interior. Easy to operate, maintain, and repair, glass-lined reactors and related enamel equipment are widely utilized in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, pesticide, food, and dye manufacturing. They serve as ideal apparatus for various processes including hydrolysis, neutralization, crystallization, mixing, and emulsification.

Key Configurations of the Glass-Lined Reactor
1. Vessel Structure Configuration:Includes the carbon-steel shell, internal glass-lined layer, and external anti-corrosion coating.
2. Flange and Sealing System:Consists of the main flange, bolts, and sealing gaskets to ensure airtight sealing.
3. Jacket (Heating/Cooling System):Used for heating or cooling through steam, thermal oil, or coolant circulation.
4. Agitation System:Includes the agitator shaft, impeller, mechanical seal, and motor reducer for material mixing.
5. Instrumentation and Process Ports:Comprises sight glass, thermometer sleeve, feed/discharge ports, pressure ports, etc.
6. Support and Lifting Structures:Includes support lugs, lifting lugs, and mounting components for installation and transportation.
