Main structural components
The interior of the stainless steel drum is a perforated filtration drum used for loading materials. The liquid is discharged through the filter holes, while the solids remain inside the drum.
Upturned lid
Stainless steel material. With observation holes and feeding ports. It is sealed during operation, and can be opened for discharging after shutdown.
Motor drive system
Driven to rotate at high speed by belts or couplings. The base is connected to a shock absorption system. The bottom is equipped with spring shock absorbers. They are used to absorb vibrations during operation and reduce noise. The requirements for the foundation are relatively low.
Flat frame
The entire machine is installed on a thick steel plate platform. Good stability and easy maintenance
The drum rotates at high speed (typically 800–1500 rpm)

Liquid → Discharged through the filter cloth and the drum holes
Solid → Remain on the inner wall of the drum
