Working principle
The main unit is filled with nitrogen or other inert gases. Once the predetermined indicators are met, the main unit starts and automatically increases its speed. When the rotation speed of the drum reaches the feeding speed, the feeding valve automatically opens, and at the same time, the level detector begins to work. When the material layer reaches a certain thickness and touches the level detection plate, the feeding valve automatically closes, stopping the feeding. Under the action of centrifugal force, most of the liquid in the suspension is discharged through the filter cloth (filter screen) and the small holes on the wall of the drum. Then, it flows to the mother liquid tank (in the initial filtration stage) through the radial drainage port of the machine shell. After the material is dried for a certain period of time, washing is carried out. At this time, according to the process requirements, the centrifuge will automatically slow down to the washing speed, the washing valve will automatically open, when the washing liquid reaches a certain thickness, the washing valve will automatically close, and the centrifuge will automatically increase its speed to a high speed for further discharge (fine filtration).After running for a certain period of time, the materials are fully dried. At this point, the discharge is carried out. Once the centrifuge automatically slows down to the set speed, the discharge valve opens, the discharge cylinder operates, the scraper rotates upward automatically, and the solid materials are scraped off and fall into the hopper equipped with a spiral discharging device. The spiral discharging device continuously discharges the materials and expels them through the valve outside the machine. When the scraper reaches a certain distance away from the filter cloth, the blocking block on the scraper device approaches the proximity switch. The scraper stops rising and stays for a period of time (about 15 seconds) before quickly retracting and entering the next cycle.
