The HR series consists of horizontal two-stage piston-pusher filter centrifuges operated in a continuous mode. Designed to separate solid-phase substances with a particle size larger than 0.08 mm from suspensions with a concentration exceeding 40%, they are suitable for the chemical industry, fertilizer production, alkali manufacturing, salt processing, and other sectors. Particularly ideal for the solid-liquid separation of materials such as sodium chloride, ammonium chloride, ammonium bicarbonate, sodium sulfate, and urea.

Working Principle
As a fully automatic continuous filter centrifuge, the pusher centrifuge operates as follows: The solid-liquid mixture requiring separation is constantly fed into the high-speed rotating feed distributor of the centrifuge via a conveying pipe or the centrifuge’s built-in screw conveyor, ensuring uniform distribution across the screen of the first-stage drum.
Driven by intense centrifugal force, the liquid phase rapidly passes through the centrifuge’s screen and is directed into the liquid collection hood. Meanwhile, the solid phase is retained on the screen surface, forming a solid filter cake. Both drums of the two-stage pusher centrifuge rotate at high speed, and the first-stage drum additionally undergoes axial reciprocating motion via a push rod driven by a hydraulic piston. As a result, the annular solid filter cake is pushed from the first-stage drum to the second-stage drum in accordance with the piston stroke length.
After undergoing further dehydration in the second-stage drum, the filter cake is pushed into the solid collection tank within the machine housing, completing the discharge process from the centrifuge.
