Two-axis feed, the worktable (Z-axis) and the grinding wheel support (X-axis) are driven by AC servo motors and ball screw pairs, with the minimum setting unit of 0.1 μm.
The diamond dressing device (installed on the rear side of the headstock) is automatic and compensates.
An active measurement device is configured to achieve full closed-loop control of the grinding process.
