Performance and structural characteristics of the machine tools

The B2-K089 double-sanding-wheel frame CNC lathe for grinding shafts is a large-scale CNC machine tool product developed by our company based on years of experience in the design, manufacturing and use of CNC lathes, as well as new technologies. It features high degree of standardization and modularization, high rigidity, high efficiency and high adaptability. This machine tool is suitable for large-scale production processing of parts such as shafts, axles, and crankshafts.
The integrated mechanical and electrical structure layout, overall protection, convenient maintenance, and compliance with ergonomic requirements.
The main spindle of the grinding wheel adopts a sleeve-type dynamic and static pressure spindle system, featuring high rotational accuracy and strong rigidity. The linear speed of the grinding wheel can reach 60m/s.
Two-axis feed, the worktable (Z-axis) and the grinding wheel holder (X-axis) are both driven by AC servo – ball screw pairs, with the minimum setting unit of 0.1μm and the maximum rapid advance speed of up to 5m/min.
Various forms of diamond dressing devices (installed on the rear side of the headstock) can be selected to achieve precise dressing of complex grinding wheel surfaces; and automatic compensation is also available.
An active measurement device is configured to achieve full closed-loop control of grinding processing.
Using a numerical control system, it has control functions such as program transformation during the grinding process, workpiece quality management, machine tool status monitoring, self-diagnosis of faults and abnormal alarms, and comprehensive control functions. The menu-style interface input is simple.
