The B2-K1015 and B2-K1014 CNC (universal) cylindrical grinding machines are developed as popular and economical CNC products to meet the usage requirements of domestic users. They feature a compact structure, simple operation, reliable quality, and high cost-effectiveness. This machine is suitable for use in batch and small-to-medium batch production workshops and can basically meet the requirements of modern production for high efficiency, flexibility, and high quality.
The integrated mechanical and electrical structure layout adopts working area protection or overall protection (for B2-K1015 type). It is convenient for maintenance and meets ergonomic requirements.
The grinding wheel spindle adopts a sleeve-type large-cone dynamic pressure shaft system structure with oil-immersed lubrication. It has a high rotational speed, good rigidity, and two-axis feed. The worktable (Z-axis) and the wheel frame (axis) are driven by AC servo-ball screw pairs. A front-mounted diamond grinding device is used to achieve precise CNC grinding and automatic compensation. An active measurement device is configured to achieve full closed-loop control in grinding processing.
