The B2-K3000 series precision composite grinding center is an advanced CNC machine tool with independent intellectual property rights, developed based on years of design and manufacturing experience of CNC lathes.
This machine adopts advanced flexible composite processing technology, with multiple wheel combinations forming a series. It can complete the grinding processing of the workpiece’s outer contour, inner circle, end face, conical surface, non-circular, and curved surfaces with one setup. This completely changes the traditional processing method of multiple machines in sequence. It features high processing accuracy, high processing efficiency, and high processing flexibility. It uses artificial granite bed, with good vibration absorption performance, strong rigidity, and high thermal stability.
The grinding wheel frame integrates dynamic pressure axis system, dynamic pressure axis system, and electric axis system, allowing for the simultaneous arrangement of external circle grinding wheels, end face external circle grinding wheels, and internal circle grinding wheels. By selecting various grinding wheels, it can fully meet the processing requirements of users. The machine can control up to 7 CNC axes (4 linear axes and 3 rotational axes), enabling agile and flexible multi-process grinding. The movement of the grinding wheel frame (X-axis) is driven by a linear motor (or servo motor) + closed high-precision guide rail, ensuring the accuracy, sensitivity, and high responsiveness of the grinding feed; the movement of the worktable (Z-axis) is driven by an AC servo – ball screw pair; the rotation of the grinding wheel frame (B-axis) is driven by a torque motor (or servo motor), with a positioning accuracy of ±3″, ensuring the accurate positioning of multiple grinding wheels; at the same time, X-Z-B axis linkage can be achieved to complete the grinding of irregular four cylindrical surfaces (curved surfaces).
The workpiece rotation system (C-axis) uses a torque motor, angle encoder drive, high-precision rolling bearing axis system, with high precision and high dynamic response; C-X axis linkage realizes grinding of non-circular, eccentric circular, etc. It is equipped with a servo-driven large travel tailstock (W1 axis) and a servo-driven movable headstock (W2 axis), adapting to the rapid and flexible conversion of parts processing varieties and the automatic loading and unloading of the machine.
An active measurement device is configured to achieve full closed-loop control for high-precision grinding processing.
