The B2-K1018 dual-sanding-wheel frame servo-type CNC crankshaft grinding machine is a CNC crankshaft grinding machine developed based on years of design and manufacturing experience of CNC grinding machines.
This machine adopts advanced following oscillating-type grinding rod neck technology. Through the feed axes of the two sanding-wheel frames (X1, X2 axes) and the rotating axis of the workpiece (C1, C2 axes) as well as online detection for CNC linkage in a full closed-loop control, it realizes the simultaneous grinding of the two different phases of the crankshaft’s rod necks, and can also achieve simultaneous grinding of one rod neck and one main shaft neck or two main shaft necks. It completely solves the shortcomings of traditional eccentric fixture-type crankshaft grinding machines, such as poor accuracy and complex adjustment. It can complete the precise processing of the crankshaft’s rod neck, main shaft neck, and thrust face in one setup, making it a high-quality equipment for batch processing of crankshaft parts. It is easy to operate, reliable in performance, and has high machining accuracy.

The main spindle of the sanding wheel system has high rotational accuracy and strong rigidity; the CBN sanding wheel linear speed can reach 120m/s.
It adopts the form of fixed worktable, double sanding-wheel frame cross-slide rearward movement to realize the feed and movement of the sanding wheel frames (X1, X2, Z1, Z2 axes).
The rotating axis of the workpiece (C1, C2 axes) adopts a high-precision rolling bearing main shaft structure, and is configured with an angle encoder to achieve closed-loop reverse control, achieving extremely high rotational accuracy and positioning accuracy.
