Precision CNC Compound Grinding Machine for Efficient Metalwork
This machine tool is a four-axis three- CNC compound grinding machine. The CNC system separately controls the horizontal feed X-axis of the workpiece for grinding, the axial feed Z1-axis of the external grinding wheel, the axial feed Z2-axis of the internal grinding wheel, and the rotation of the headstock spindle C-axis. It can also achieve the linkage of X, Z axes (and/or C axis). It is suitable for grinding the inner and outer surfaces (including end faces) of cylindrical or conical rotating bodies. It can perform interpolation and adjustment of the grinding wheel for forming grinding, or perform longitudinal reciprocating grinding.

The X-axis is driven directly by a linear motor to drive the multi-functional headstock to achieve the lateral feed during the grinding of the workpiece. The Z1 axis is the feed axis for external circle grinding, and the Z2 axis is the feed axis for internal circle grinding. The C-axis (headstock) is driven by a servo motor to rotate the workpiece, and it can be linked with the X-axis and Z-axis to complete the grinding processing of irregular surfaces.
