This hot air drying furnace uses fuels such as coal, fuel oil, natural gas, straw, rice husks, or steam as heat sources. The drying tower uses hot air as the heat medium to dry grains. Its interior is mainly composed of air intake vents and angular ventilation boxes. The angular ventilation box is filled with grain, which flows from top to bottom. Hot air enters from the intake ventilation section and passes downward through the valley layer. The exhaust gas is discharged through the exhaust angular box. The flow direction of hot air is the same as that of the grains, which is called downstream flow. When hot air passes through the grain layer, it transfers heat and moisture to the grains: the hot air transfers heat to the grains, raising their temperature. When the grains are heated, the moisture evaporates into the air, forming waste gas. The dry hot grains flow downward to the slow thawing section, where the temperature and humidity of the inner and outer layers of the grains tend to balance, achieving uniform sedimentation. After the grains are softened, they enter the cooling section. After cooling, the grains are cooled to the storage temperature and then discharged from the grain discharge section.
