The disc stack centrifuge is a high-speed separation machine designed for continuous liquid–liquid and solid–liquid separation. During operation, the material is fed into the rotating bowl through the inlet pipe. Under the action of strong centrifugal force, components with different densities are rapidly separated. The bowl is equipped with a stack of conical discs, which greatly increases the effective separation area and shortens the settling distance, ensuring high separation efficiency and clarity.
Separated phases flow to different outlets, while fine solids are deposited on the inner wall of the bowl and discharged manually or automatically, depending on the configuration. Continuous operation allows stable processing and high throughput, making it suitable for industrial production lines.
