  The explosion-proof double-layer glass reactor is a multifunctional chemical reaction equipment specially designed for experiments and production involving flammable and explosive materials. The reactor adopts high-borosilicate glass 3.3 with excellent chemical resistance, allowing operators to clearly observe the reaction process. The double-layer jacket structure enables precise heating or cooling by connecting to a circulating thermostat.Equipped with an explosion-proof motor, variable frequency control system, and PTFE mechanical sealing, the reactor ensures stable and safe operation under stirring, vacuum, reflux, distillation, and other integrated processes. It is widely used in chemical synthesis, pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, new materials R&D, biotechnology, and pilot-scale production.
