Main structural components
Cylinder: The outer shell of the centrifuge, which is a conical or conical-column-shaped drum. Its rotational speed and length-diameter ratio directly affect the separation effect and processing capacity.
Screw conveyor: Located inside the cylinder, an axle with spiral blades. It is responsible for pushing the settled solid phase towards the discharge port.
Differential system: The core component that generates the speed difference between the drum and the screw conveyor. It can be a planetary gear differential or a hydraulic/electronic control differential system.
Drive system: Usually consists of a main motor (for driving the drum) and a secondary motor (for controlling the differential), or adopts the form of a single motor combined with the differential.
Frame and cover: Supports the entire equipment and provides safety protection. Control system: Modern centrifuges are usually equipped with PLC control systems, which are used to monitor parameters such as speed, torque, and differential speed, and to achieve automated operation.

Reducing costs: Reducing the discharge of drilling fluid, recovering the liquid phase, and reducing the amount of new slurry. The discharged solids are drier, smaller in volume, and lower in waste disposal costs. Effectively controlling the solid content reduces the risk of complex situations downhole. By reducing the volume and harmfulness of drilling waste, it helps meet environmental protection requirements.
