Working principle:

The powder particles in the fluidized bed are in a fluidized state. It is preheated and mixed with clean hot air. Meanwhile, the adhesive solution is sprayed into the container. This enables the particles to form a granulated body containing a binder. Through continuous hot air drying, the moisture in the granulation body is evaporated. This process proceeds continuously. Ultimately, ideal, uniform and porous particles are formed.
