Product Description
Hot air enters the bottom of the dryer along the tangential line and, driven by the agitator, forms a strong rotating air field. The pasty material is fed into the dryer by the screw feeder. Under the strong action of the high-speed rotating stirring blades, it is dispersed through impact, friction and shearing force. The blocky materials are rapidly crushed and come into full contact with hot air for heating and drying. The dehydrated and dried material rises with the hot air flow and the large particles are retained by the classification ring. Small particles are discharged from the center of the classification ring outside the dryer and recovered by the cyclone separator and dust collector. Undried or larger materials are thrown towards the wall under the action of centrifugal force and fall back to the bottom for crushing and drying. Applicable materials: organic substances, dyes, inorganic substances, food, etc.
