Main purpose
The product features automatic control, batch processing, continuous operation, short cycle time, large processing capacity, low moisture content, excellent cleaning effect, etc. It is suitable for solid-liquid separation of media with low viscosity, high hygiene requirements, toxicity, harmfulness, flammability and explosiveness. It is widely used in the fields of pharmaceuticals and food.
Working principle and process
Ammonia gas or other inert gases are filled into the main unit. Once the predetermined indicators are met, the main unit starts and automatically increases its speed. When the drum reaches the feeding speed, the feeding valve automatically opens, and the level detection is also activated simultaneously. When the material layer touches the level detection plate, the feeding valve automatically closes, and feeding stops. Under the action of centrifugal force, most of the liquid in the suspension is thrown out through the filter cloth and the holes of the drum. After the material is dried for a certain period of time according to the process requirements, the centrifuge automatically slows down to the washing speed, and the washing valve automatically opens. When the washing liquid reaches a certain thickness, the washing valve automatically closes, and the centrifuge automatically increases its speed to a high speed to further dry the material. Once the material is fully dried, the centrifuge will automatically slow down to the set speed. At this time, the discharge valve opens, the discharge cylinder works, and the scraper rotates upward automatically. The solid material is scraped into the spiral discharge hopper. The material is discharged outside the machine through the valve by the rotation of the screw. When the scraper rises to a certain distance, the block on the scraper device approaches the proximity switch. The scraper stops rising, stays for a period of time, and then quickly retracts. It enters the next cycle.
Safety
 Optional features include speed monitoring, over-vibration protection, cover opening protection, motor overheating and overload protection, electro-hydraulic interlock protection for door cover locking, knife limit protection, main bearing temperature rise protection, and lubricating oil protection. These multiple safety devices ensure the safe operation of the centrifuge.
Energy saving:
Variable frequency control, energy consumption or energy feedback braking. The rotational speed of each process can be set as required, and the speed is adjustable continuously, significantly reducing power consumption.
Explosion-proof:
The automatic nitrogen protection system is in place to ensure that the centrifuge always operates under positive pressure with inert gas. An online oxygen content detection system is also configured to meet explosion-proof requirements.
Cleanliness:
The operation area and the production area are completely separated, meeting the cleanliness requirements for more demanding applications to prevent contamination of the products. Multiple spray cleaning balls and directional nozzles are installed inside the centrifuge, enabling a comprehensive flushing of the inner cavity of the centrifuge in real time. The gas back-blowing device combined with an auxiliary scraper for discharging effectively removes residual filter cakes.
Sterility:
Satisfies the production requirements for sterile raw materials and pharmaceuticals. Optional steam sterilization components can be equipped to achieve steam sterilization and disinfection. It can perform online sterilization by SIP (Steam In Place) and online cleaning by CIP (Cleaning In Place), avoiding cross-contamination.
