Cone Crusher Working Principle
The Spring Cone Crusher consists of the main frame, fixed cone, moving cone, spring safety device, adjustment mechanism, and transmission system.The motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate through belts or a coupling, causing the moving cone to perform a swinging motion under the force of the eccentric sleeve.During this motion, a crushing chamber is formed between the moving cone and the fixed cone. When materials enter the chamber, they are crushed layer by layer through the processes of squeezing, impacting, and bending. Once the materials reach the required size, they are discharged from the bottom outlet.The spring safety system provides overload protection. When uncrushable materials enter (such as metal blocks), the system automatically increases the discharge opening to release them, preventing damage to the machine. The discharge size can be adjusted using the adjustment mechanism to control the final particle size.
