High-Flux Ultrafiltration (UF) System for Industrial Water Treatment

Water treatment equipment refers to a category of system installations that remove impurities, harmful substances, and microorganisms from water through physical or chemical methods, enabling water quality to meet specific standards (such as for drinking, industrial use, or reuse). These systems primarily utilize technologies such as filtration, adsorption, membrane separation , and disinfection, and are widely applied in areas including municipal water supply, industrial circulating water, domestic drinking water, and wastewater treatment.
The Reverse Osmosis (RO) process is the core technology for seawater desalination, effectively treating high-salinity water with TDS exceeding 10,000 ppm. The system primarily consists of a high-pressure pump, energy recovery device, and RO membrane modules. Operating at 60-70 bar to overcome seawater’s osmotic pressure, it forces water through semi-permeable membranes under continuous flow. This process removes over 99.5% of salts and most dissolved impurities. The purified water is collected, while the concentrated brine stream is discharged.
Defined by its use of reverse osmosis (RO) desalination technology, an RO water treatment system is a physical separation process that produces deionized water. It removes a wide spectrum of impurities—from microorganisms and heavy metals to minerals and organic matter—resulting in high-purity water that meets ideal sanitary standards and is directly potable. The cost of the purified water produced is exceptionally low.
