process principle:
In this heat exchange system, the working fluid runs through the tube side, while the shell side is the spray water. The heat of the spray water is transferred through the pipe wall and comes into contact with the air to form saturated steam. The heat carried by the steam is forcibly discharged outside the tower by the fan, while the spray water falls back to the bottom water tank to achieve circulation. The circulating spray water is cooled through PVC radiant fins and remains in the same flow direction as the fresh air throughout the process. Because the heat exchange tubes focus on absorbing sensible heat, the system has significant adaptability for handling high-temperature working fluids.

The equipment adopts a design where a 6.5L/S water pump is sent to the evaporation coil, which enables the core heat exchange surface to be continuously covered with water. This not only enhances the heat exchange efficiency but also effectively inhibits scaling and water scale problems. The heat of the tube bundle is discharged on the one hand through the evaporation of fresh air, and on the other hand, it is dissipated through the sensible heat effect of the pre-cooling spray water. Moreover, by controlling the evaporative cooling intensity of the tube bundle, the risk of surface scaling can be further reduced, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the equipment
