The single-cone vacuum dryer is a highly efficient and energy-saving drying equipment integrating functions such as mixing, drying, crushing and discharging. Its core structure consists of a conical cylinder with a jacket, a stirring device, a vacuum system and a transmission system. The equipment adopts the vacuum drying principle. Heating media (such as hot water, steam or heat transfer oil) are introduced into the cylinder through the jacket. The heat is transferred to the material through the cylinder wall. Meanwhile, the vacuum system removes the air inside the cylinder and the water vapor produced by the evaporation of the material, enabling the material to be dried rapidly in a low-oxygen and low-temperature environment. The stirring device adopts a specially designed plow blade type or helical ribbon type structure. During the rotation process, it can not only ensure that the material is in full contact with the cylinder wall to improve the heat transfer efficiency, but also stir and mix the material to avoid local overheating. It is especially suitable for the processing of heat-sensitive, easily oxidized and organic solvent-containing materials.
